Limbitless Solutions INC, a Direct Support Organization (DSO) of the University of Central Florida, respects the privacy interests and preferences of our donors and website visitors. Direct Support Organization governance is provided for by Ch. 617, Fla. Stat. Limbitless Solutions is a Direct Support Organization as defined under s. 1004.28, Fla. Stat., acting as an instrumentality of the University of Central Florida.
When you are making a donation, expressing an interest in applying for a user profile and account, or subscribing to our online newsletter, Limbitless Solutions asks you for personal contact information such as your name, mailing address, phone number and e-mail address. Limbitless Solutions allows visitors of its websites the opportunity to apply for a user profile. Profiles are made available, when applicable, to allow authorized users to submit personal information that may be used for possible consideration of future clinical trial applications, for either themselves or their dependents of whom they hold guardian status. Eligibility and consent to any study is governed by the applicable medical or academic institution and their respective Institutional Review Board. Profiles may be revoked at any time, are not a guarantee for response or consideration, and are governed by our User Agreement and Terms of Service. Individuals with authorized profiles allow Limbitless Solutions to contact them through their account, email, or other provided means of contact.
