Zachary “Zach” is a fun loving 8 year old from Seattle, Washington. He lives an active lifestyle from competing in soccer, baseball, and swimming. He has been interested in engineering and inventing, and makes creative and innovative structures with Lego blocks. Zach first received his arm in December 2015 as a part of the 12 Arms for Christmas delivery. Our team had the opportunity to meet him, along with 7 other Bionic Kids, at the Ignite Gala in September of 2016 hosted by UCF.
Within minutes of putting on the “web developer” superhero themed bionic arm, he was throwing a football and passing around a water bottle with the other kids. Zach is full of life and kept us on our toes the entire time with his jokes and infectious personality! He loves to create things and can often be found sketching with his dad, building with blocks, making movie trailers with his family, or writing stories. Zach dreams of helping others by being an inventor and we have no doubt that he will be able to do anything he sets his mind to!
